About the Position
The Charles Darwin University - Student Digital Experience (SDX) program will leverage contemporary digital solutions to transform the way the University supports learning and research, and how we work, to create a cohesive, integrated, and enriched experiences for students, staff, and faculty. This implementation will result in superior support for students, a better user experience, a new set of tools, a new way of working, and improved reporting for informed decision-making.
As the Technical Business Analyst, you will provide expertise to multidisciplinary project teams to support strategic transformation projects across the university’s Enterprise and Business Architectures to deliver scalable, accessible, and appropriate systems environments in alignment with business objectives. This is achieved through:
1. Analysis and requirements definition to support integration development and technical configuration.
2. Analysis of current processes/integrations and desired outcomes ensuring processes/integrations are fit-for-purpose across CDU’s range of VET, HDR and HE activities, campus and online locations and international and domestic student cohorts.
3. Development of prototypes and digital solutions.
About You
To be successful, you will possess:
4. 5+ years relevant business analysis and improvement experience in enterprise scale projects
5. Demonstrated ability to model data, user stories and processes, experience in implementing process change and producing supporting documentation.
6. Ability to present solutions and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior management, both verbal and written
7. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to gain consensus across various stakeholders within an organization
8. Strong analytical skills and evidence-based decision making.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 7/8 and the base salary will be in the range $89,845 to $113,973 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $105,118 to $133,348 per annum including 17% superannuation.
