Your ability to adapt, innovate, and push boundaries will help shape the way we work, creating space for you to forge your own path.As a Systems Engineer, you will be the team Subject Matter Expert and be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the ClearTrack Gen AI and Assets platform, built on Kubernetes infrastructure.Key responsibilities include:Implementing the central Gen AI and Assets PlatformInstalling, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and softwareMonitoring system performance to ensure reliability and availabilityTroubleshooting and resolving software and network issuesManaging system security with regular updates and patchesCollaborating with IT and development teams to integrate new technologiesCreating and maintaining documentation for system configurations and proceduresEnsuring data backup and disaster recovery processes are in placeContributing to continuous improvement of infrastructure-as-code practices and CI/CD pipelinesLeading a small, cross-skilled teamIn addition, you will also be responsible for:Project Delivery: Ensuring on-time and within-budget completion of system upgrades, implementations, and other projectsSecurity Compliance: Adherence to security protocols to prevent breaches and vulnerabilitiesDocumentation Quality: Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date system documentationPerformance Metrics: Improving system performance and efficiency, with faster processing times and reduced latencySystem Uptime: Ensuring high availability and minimal downtime for systems and networksAbout The Generative AI And Assets TeamThe National Generative AI and Assets team is at the forefront of a strategic growth area for Deloitte, driving transformation and innovation across the firm’s largest and most important client offerings. By integrating cutting-edge technologies into our service offerings and digital assets, we ensure our firm stays ahead in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You.You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer, preferably with a focus on Generative AIBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferableExperience with platform and software development, and release management in a mature managed services environmentTechnical Skills:Cloud technologies and platforms such as Azure or Amazon AWSUNIX/Linux deployment and configuration managementTCP/IP networking, databases, messaging, and securityKnowledge of and experience with DevOps tools and techniques such as Infrastructure as Code and Immutable InfrastructureExperience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, ADO, ArgoCD, and DevSecOps technologiesExperience with writing Infrastructure as Code using TerraformSecurity protocols such as OAuth, SAML, or OpenID ConnectStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgroundsWhy Deloitte?
