Central Queensland (CQ) Health's Workforce Division plays an integral role in the effective management of the people resources for our service. The Division takes the lead role in the attraction, retention, learning and development, performance, discipline, change management, safety and well-being, and engagement of our most important asset - "our people". The Workforce Division Unit comprises approximately 40 human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client focused and value adding human resource service to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
About the role:This role will assist the Principal Investigator to ensure Central Queensland CQ Health is effectively leading and managing internal investigations regarding suspected corrupt conduct and misconduct in strict accordance with legislative obligations.
Key Responsibilities Include: Provide timely and accurate research, advice, and assistance to the Principal Investigator and Executive Management on complex investigations of suspected corrupt conduct and misconduct.Stay informed about emerging trends in misconduct prevention, including corrupt conduct, public interest disclosures, and relevant legislative updates.Maintain high-level, accurate record-keeping in line with policy, legislation, and best practice standards.Assist in collating investigation findings and supporting documentation to ensure thorough and consistent reporting.Contribute to developing procedural guidelines to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of investigative techniques and processes.Provide administrative assistance to the Principal Investigator, manage schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate necessary resources while promoting a positive team environment.About you:While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in corporate or government investigations would be well regarded.What we offer:Total remuneration value of up to $114,177 p.a. is comprised of:
