About the role
You will be responsible for handling high-volume accounts payable, data entry and customer service tasks within a fast-paced call centre environment.
Key responsibilities
* Perform accurate data entry of accounts payable information
* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
* Resolve queries and ensure prompt issue resolution
* Work efficiently within strict deadlines and high-volume workloads
* Support the team with general administrative duties
* Effectively manage priorities and meet key performance indicators
About you
* A current National Police Clearance (mandatory)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Accurate data entry skills (minimum 40 words per minute)
* High level of numerical reasoning and attention to detail
* Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems
* Proven ability to manage large workloads and meet tight deadlines
* Experience in call centre and/or data entry environments (desirable)
* Experience in accounts payable and/or receivable (desirable)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
* Previous experience with resource planning (desirable)
