About the Role
Our Senior Account Manager role is pivotal to the success of the relationships we have with key clients, working across the full suite of services but specialising in live activation, both in-store, experiential and events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Forge strong relationships with clients, and be seen as a trusted partner delivering exceptional client services
* Work with the strategy and creative teams, on response to brief, and proactive opportunities for key clients
* Actively seek and develop opportunities for organic growth with assigned clients, and opportunities for new clients; budget accountability
* Internal liaison across departments to deliver against campaign objectives
Your Profile
Ideally you will come with agency experience and as someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and be a motivated self-starter. Extravert employees who succeed are results driven, great at multi-tasking, work well both autonomously and within a broader team, and enjoy a challenge!
You will be great with people, numbers and have the ability to use sales data, software and field management technology to create insights used to influence key accounts. You will be provided with ongoing training and support.
We are also open to candidates with a production or logistics background.
