About the Engagement
We seek a Technical Systems Trainer to facilitate technical training production and delivery from our Systems Technologies Division. The successful candidate will require at least five years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar capacity in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design end-to-end sales processes.
* Work with technical managers and personnel to develop high-quality documentation.
* Develop operational manuals and quality materials.
Required Skills and Experience
* At least five years of professional experience as a Technical Writer.
* Experience working on Azure-based transformation and migration projects.
* Expertise in MS Azure project delivery and operations team collaboration.
* Proven track record of creating high-quality deliverables for Federal government agencies and departments.
