About the Role: This newly created role will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the HR, recruitment, employee relations and workplace health and safety management and to ensure compliance with all legislations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.Manage recruitment, selection and hiring processes.Manage onboarding and inductions of new employees.Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with legal requirements.Implement employee performance evaluation programs.Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and grievances.Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.Conduct inspections and risk assessments.Investigate incidents and accidents.Facilitate WHS training programs for employees and managers.Ensure compliance with HR and WHS legislation, regulations and standards.Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Human Resources.Knowledge and background in transport (advantageous).Looking to grow with the business.What We Offer: Great company culture with a supportive friendly team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
