Signature Care presents an exciting, part time, two (2) days per week, opportunity to support our Client Services Team at our Home in Maryborough.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Client Services Team with ensuring residents and their families are well supported at all times, especially during the transition into their new home.
Some of the tasks our Concierge may undertake include (but are not limited to):
* Assisting with room preparations
* Scheduling of admissions and relevant paperwork
* Assisting with admissions, including Interim Care Beds and Transitional Care Places
* Liaise with key stakeholders (hospitals, ACAP, social workers, medical practices and age care placement agencies) to assist in maximising bed occupancy
* Administrative duties to support the Client Services Team

The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Knowledge of financial requirements for admissions into an aged care facility
* Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with relevant agencies and internal and external stakeholders
* Demonstrated experience in the coordination and delivery of administrative services in a health, community or residential aged care setting
* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
