Office Manager Short Term Contract: 28th October - 6th December Based in Tullamarine Our client is a specialist infrastructure and building company specialising in aviation that promotes a positive and inclusive company culture. While this client has offices across the entire country this role will be supporting the team in the Melbourne office based in Tullamarine. There is free parking available onsite and the role will require a personal vehicle. This role is well suited to a candidate that finds success working autonomously in an office environment. This role will have you providing support to ensure the smooth running of the office. These duties include but are not limited to; Administrative support for the team and wider business Travel booking Setting up and maintaining Meeting rooms Ordering office supplies Assisting with recruitment processes including phone screening, onboarding and offboarding Greeting visitors and guests Assisting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions Accepting deliveries and liaising with couriers Assist with procurement Organise trainings Must-Haves: Previous experience in an administerial or office manager role Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Full working rights A current driving license with your own car Desirables: Experience working within Payroll or Accounts Previous experience in a similar industry If you are interested in hearing more about this role then please send us your resume today for immediate consideration
