Occupational Therapist - Senior Clinician and Stream Leader

Job Summary:
This permanent full-time position (80 hours per fortnight) involves leading a team of occupational therapists as a senior clinician and stream leader. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge and skills in general medicine and surgical diagnostic groups, evidence-based practice in delirium and dementia, falls, and pressure care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead clinical services aligned to Alfred Health's strategic goals and operational performance targets.
* Provide high-quality inpatient assessment and intervention for complex medical problems, including dementia, vascular, and renal caseloads.
* Develop clinical practice through multidisciplinary care, working closely with medical, nursing, and other allied health teams.
* Supervise and mentor junior occupational therapy staff, Allied Health Assistants, and/or occupational therapy students.
* Represent Allied Health on allocated committees and participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Advanced Occupational Therapy qualifications (e.g., B. App Sc (OT), B. Occupational Therapy, MOT prac).
* Full Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) and membership of OT Australia.
* Minimum 7 years of clinical experience in Occupational Therapy and current Victorian Driver's License.
