This hybrid role focuses on new customer acquisition within the Macquarie Telecom target market, alongside account management to enhance client satisfaction, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Technical Consultants (TC) to drive sales outcomes across Hosting, Data, Voice, and Mobile lines of business and utilise your expertise in solution selling to become a trusted advisor, leveraging a network of local and national partners to develop and execute commercial strategies.What you'll do Identify and qualify targeted prospects within the corporate IT, digital, and online marketplaces to develop tailored telecommunications and hosted solutions offerings.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face interactions.Lead sales activities for new prospect accounts in Hosting, Voice, Data, and Mobile solutions by working with SMEs, Solution Architects, and the Head of Sales.Utilise Salesforce for opportunity management and forecasting to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Participate in marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and roadshows to drive business growth.Develop and execute strategic up-sell and cross-sell initiatives to increase revenue from existing clients.Your ideal skills and experience Proven track record of successful sales in the corporate environment, with at least 5 years of direct sales experience.Strong understanding of Voice, Data, Hosting, and Mobile Technology solutions.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at C-level.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.Formal training in sales methodology (e.g., Miller Heiman, TAS, SPIN, Challenger) is preferred.Why Us You'd be joining a company that has the highest Net Promoter Score on the ASX, the World's best customer experience & crowned in 2020 at the World Communications Awards.We've won Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award!You'll get to make an impact: Enjoy being part of a driven team with a collaborative culture that values decision-makers and action.We Invest in you: Accelerate your career through our learning & development opportunities - think Gallup strengths-based training, defined career pathways & fantastic internal mobility opportunities across the group! #J-18808-Ljbffr
