The Opportunity
We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Resource Recovery Facility at Bibra Lake.
Reporting to the Resource Recovery Park Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring adherence to Veolia's safety and compliance policies, and maintaining a secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and supervise all operations of the Material Recovery Facility and Waste Transfer Station, ensuring adherence to operational KPIs, safety protocols and standards.
* Provide guidance and support to the team, manage rostering, performance and staff training.
* Oversee and coordinate the activities of customers and external contractors on site.
* Drive continual improvement of operational processes and procedures.
* E nsure safety standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements
* Cert IV in Frontline Management (preferred) or equivalent
* Front End Loader and Forklift licence
* High Risk License
* Working at heights, confined space entry certification
* Demonstrated 5+ years experience in a supervisory or leadership role
* Strong communication and customer service skills
