About the role:
Victoria Police is seeking an experience Facility Services Manager (Manager VPC) who will oversee the facility maintenance, services and security of the headquarters of Victoria Police, the Victoria Police Centre. To provide a safe, productive and welcoming environment.
A full time, permanent position, VPSG-6. Reporting to the Director Facilities.

Your duties will include:
* Leadership of the VPC Facility Team to deliver great outcomes.
* Management of Victoria Police Centre Facility
o Works, contractors, and consultants.
o Maintenance: corrective and scheduled .
o Services: concierge, reception, mail room and delivers.
o Security
+ At the VPC.
+ Control Centre, monitoring of the state's security cameras.
+ Centralised control of access and cameras for the state.
About You:
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:
* Managing and leading people.
* Managing stakeholders, especially executives.
* Facility Maintenance and Services.
* Facility Security.
* Conceptual, analytical and communication skills.
* Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
* Work autonomously, self-motivated, using initiative, and driven.
* Work under pressure, delivering with tight timeframes.
* Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
* A strong commitment to Operational Infrastructure Department's strategy goals - supporting our people and embracing customer centricity, innovation, and collaboration in our delivery of services.
Further Information:
* One (1) x full-time, ongoing position available, commencing from 01 July 2025.
* This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
* The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification of Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1). To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
* The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
