Responsibilities:Perform welding on aluminium components following specifications and blueprintsOperate welding equipment and tools safely and efficientlyInspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are metMaintain a clean and organized work environmentEssential Qualifications:Recent full-time experience in this line of work (presently employed)Proven experience as an Aluminium WelderDemonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsProficient in various welding techniques related to aluminiumStrong attention to detail and quality craftsmanshipExcellent communication and teamwork skillsDesired Experience:The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience specifically in aluminium welding.Salary & Benefits:Salary Range: $74,000 – $98,000 per year (AUD)Location:City: PerthState: Western AustraliaCountry: AustraliaVisa:Sponsored working visa class 4822 year visa, extendable.Subsequent entrant visa for family (generally, after 6 months work)A pathway to PR. Permanent Residency (Depending on age and English level)An IELTS score of 5,5,5,5 + or equivalent in PTE, OET.Certificates Needed:If from the following listed countries, then a TRA Skills-Assessment certificate will be needed:Brazil, China, Fiji, HK, India, Macau, PH, South Africa, Thailand, Vietnam or Zimbabwe.The Skills Assessment authority for welding is Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) (We can assist with this if needed).Future Requirements:After a pre-screening interview, if we are interested in connecting you to a client for a workplace interview, then we would first need:Proof of Employment.Videos showing skill-set/work (in a Google Drive shared folder).Passport copy, showing 1 year + validity.Police clearance.There is NO show-money needed to be seen by immigration when applying for a working visa to Australia.Personal Requirements:Happy, confident, outgoing.
