Southern Cross Care QLD has an exciting opportunity for a friendly and dedicated Rostering and Scheduling Officer to provide effective administrative support to our Home Care Community team based in Caloundra.
In this role, you’ll be the master of employee rosters and client service scheduling. Our friendly team are looking for someone to join them that is well organised, has a keen eye for details, and great customer service skills. You’ll keep the team running like a well-oiled machine, making sure every client gets the care they deserve.

What will you bring to the role?
* Experience working in an administrative role within Aged Care and/or Community Services
* Relevant experience in rostering and scheduling practices (highly desirable)
* High level of computer literacy across the full Microsoft suite
* Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
* Time, task and priority management
