They are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Export Documentation Officer to join their growing local team.
About the Role: As an Accounts Receivable & Export Documentation Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial transactions related to accounts receivable and export documentation.
Your attention to detail, organisational skills and understanding of export processes will contribute to the smooth operation of our finance and export departments.
Key Responsibilities: Create customer invoices for customers and grower suppliers.
Process incoming payments from customers and grower suppliers promptly and accurately.
Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices and receipts.
Communicate with customers and grower suppliers regarding outstanding balances and receipt inquiries.
Prepare and manage export documentation for shipments.
Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies Build strong relationships with customers and distribution suppliers.
About You: Experience in accounts receivable and/or export documentation.
Attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
