You will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, from new home builds and renovations to refurbishments and commercial projects.
With the support of qualified trades people, you will be:
* Construct wall and ceiling frames, pitches roofs, eaves and external stairs
* Laying sub-flooring and floorboards
* Nailing fascia panels, fitting exterior wall cladding, doors and windows
* Measuring materials and carrying out calculations
* Using a variety of hand and power tools
* Cutting materials, assembling and nailing
* May construct concrete formwork
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:
* An interest and commitment to work in Construction
* A White Card or the ability to obtain one ASAP
* A current Drivers License or be close to obtaining one, and have your own reliable transport
* Certificate I or II in Construction is advantageous
* Work experience within the construction industry is highly desirable
* Physically fit, self-disciplined, and have high attention to detail
* Reliable, resilient, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to take direction and take the safety of yourself and your team members seriously
* Ideally, have your own basic tools (including nail bag)
