As an Operations Supervisor with us, you'll play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional results for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Support the Area Manager in achieving operational goals and objectives.Lead and manage a team of associates to meet productivity targets.Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Provide coaching and guidance to team members to promote professional growth and development.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.Availability to work 38 hours+/week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting up to 22 kilos and standing for long periods.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members.Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.Preferred Qualifications:Direct leadership experience.Background in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or large retail.Knowledge of performance metrics and lean process improvement techniques.
