Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership Oversee all aspects of operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.Design and optimize workflows that align with business objectives and meet customer needs.Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve service delivery. Team Leadership Manage, mentor, and develop a team of operations professionals to ensure high performance and growth.Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the central point of contact between departments including IT, logistics, business support, and external contractors.Ensure seamless communication and integration of operations across teams. Customer & Stakeholder Focus Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting service quality and customer satisfaction. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for operational improvements and automation.Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular reports on operational performance and trends.Use data to inform strategic decisions and highlight areas for improvement. Risk & Compliance Identify risks that could impact service delivery and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in operations or service delivery, including team leadership.Strong knowledge of operational processes, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not required). Desirable Experience with service management or customer service platforms.Project management experience or relevant certification.
