Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
* Oversee a service team, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
* Ensure efficient and timely repair services, maintaining high-quality standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
* Handle customer concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
* Maintain strong knowledge of BYD's electric vehicle technology and innovations.
* Monitor service department performance, managing key metrics, and ensuring profitability.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Service Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Knowledge of electric vehicles and emerging automotive technologies is a plus.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail.
* Hold a valid driver's license.
