We are currently looking for multi-site Venue Manager to manage our two stunning venues, Terminus Hotel & Criterion Hotel in the picturesque town of Yarrawonga.
Situated on the mighty Murray, Yarrawonga boasts great weather, an excellent community, and fantastic golfing opportunities.
This is a chance to work with a dynamic team within the town. We are looking for a driven, hands-on operational specialist to implement their skills and guide a team of eager professionals.

You are:
* A seasoned Venue Manager with extensive experience in managing large venues, who will naturally excel at overseeing two locations and leading their teams.
* Someone who has excellent time management skills and who can embed yourself within the community.
* An exceptional people leader with a pragmatic approach to business planning. Setting clear and defined goals for both the business and your people.

Ideally, you will have:
* 2+ years of Venue Management experience, ideally in a multi-site role.
* RSA and licensee training certificates are essential.
* Previous experience working with RMS systems.
* P&L understanding; able to identify themes and tangible actions.
* Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of your business.
* A desire to be present on the floor during your key service periods, including late nights and weekends.
* Roster creation and management experience.
* Have a desire to know what happens outside of your venue and keep up to date with industry trends.
