The role:
The Project Support Officer will be responsible for following defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces
In addition to this, you will be responsible for:
1. Providing expert support to ensure the efficient day to day management within defined portfolios of work within OCCIO including: Assisting with the compilation of local reports, as directed by theSenior Project Officer.Providing confidential secretariat support; maintenance of electronic records; coordination of strategic / business / operational planning; coordination and review of departmental and ministerial briefing notes and correspondence.Maintaining project files in accordance with Queensland Health regulations and policies.Providing advisory services on corporate functions, ensuring office procedures and systems are efficient and in alignment with relevant policies and legislative obligations, including financial management practices and human resource policies.Utilising Microsoft products and Queensland Health corporate enterprise systems such as HPE Content Manager, myHR, S/4HANA, iLearn etc

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in demonstrating experience in the delivery of high-quality customer service in a large complex environment.
Furthermore, you will have:
2. Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
3. Strong technical skills and experience in the use of computers and software packages (ie. Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint 365, Microsoft Excel).
4. Experience in providing Senior Administrative support to a high level, including but not limited to secretariat work, diary management, database management, record management, communications, and customer service.
5. A proven ability to maintain effective relationships within both the OCCIO team and with external stakeholders.
6. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
7. Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and an ability to work unsupervised whilst coordinating multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
