About YouThe City of Ballarat is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Project Manager with experience in Project Management and in the building construction industry.To be considered for this opportunity you will:demonstrate your ability to plan and prioritise projects within a set timeframes and work collaboratively with stakeholders and contractors to deliver desired outcomes.have a breadth of project management experience in successfully delivering community infrastructure projects in excess of $5m.be driven to deliver outcomes with a collaborative approach and be a strategic thinker equipped with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and the confidence to navigate complex relationships and interact with key internal and external stakeholders.possess good knowledge of Project Management principles with recent experience in site supervisory and managing contractors in the building industry would be highly desirable.hold Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in one or more of the relevant fields of construction management, engineering, project management, architecture is required, along with experience working within a government department.
