The Opportunity We're looking for a driven and strategic Senior Account Executive to join our ANZ Sales team. You'll focus on acquiring and growing mid-market and enterprise customers across our product suite, with a focus on delivering tailored, value-based solutions.This is a remote role, ideal for candidates based on the East Coast of Australia. You'll work closely with pre-sales and product specialists to create incredible buying experiences. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle for net-new opportunities across our commerce and retail products (Neto, Retail Express, Marketing Cloud, Merchandising Cloud)Prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise retail/e-commerce customersDevelop account plans and lead tailored value-based sales conversationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and CS to ensure long-term customer successMaintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygieneRepresent Maropost at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements (as needed) What You Bring 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or retail techProven ability to sell into mid-market and enterprise accountsStrong discovery, solution selling, and closing skillsExperience engaging with multiple stakeholders including C-levelUnderstanding of retail workflows (eCommerce, POS, CX, Martech or logistics is a bonus)Self-starter with a passion for value-driven selling and customer successAbility to work independently in a remote-first environment Equal Employment Opportunity Maropost is deeply committed to promoting diversity, advancing equality and fostering a culture of inclusion.
