The Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in Chemotherapy will be accountable for nursing/midwifery practices and multidisciplinary results, addressing any inconsistencies between practice and policy. They will also play a key role in developing team performance and fostering a positive work culture, all in the interest of enhancing patient/client outcomes.
