Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
* Agreeing project objectives, effectively scoping each project
* Setting the standards and methodology to be used in a project
* Taking responsibility of projects through their entire lifecycle
* Communicating with stakeholders to clarify the desired outcome of a project
* Ensuring that all relevant processes are followed on projects
* Administering the allocation of jobs and budgets on a project
* Managing project personnel to achieve project objectives
* Regularly review and analyse the project scope and submitting progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers
* Stakeholder management, internal and external
* Identifying project risks
* Negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors

Prior knowledge and skills:
* 5+ years Financial Services experience (2+ years Unit Registry, Custodial Services or Superannuation experience)
* Experience in managing, or exposure to delivering transitions projects such as Client onboardings, Client exits,, Fund Launches, Fund Closures, Restructures and/or tangible involvement in larger multi-stream projects
* Polished and demonstrable interpersonal and client-engagement skills with the ability to delegate and give direction to specialist staff
* Atlassian Jira experience preferred
