The team is dedicated to transforming the industry with innovative approaches, and we’re looking for a skilled Office Administrator to help maintain a productive and efficient work environment. The Role The position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the office operations and supporting various administrative functions by providing proactive office management and EA support. Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Coordinate maintenance and repair services for office equipment and facilities. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents. Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems. Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Financial Administration: Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as preparing purchase orders and expense reports. Support the finance team with data entry and financial record keeping. Human Resources Support: Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance. Coordinate training sessions and staff development activities. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Event Coordination: Plan and organise company events, meetings, and conferences. Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and guests as required. Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings. About You Proven experience as an office administrator, office manager, or similar role. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with office management procedures and basic HR functions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High level of discretion and professionalism. Experience in the energy sector or a related industry.
