Demonstrated knowledge and experience providing security and customer service in a large client base environment. Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision and complete all patrols and any other security work during the shift. Demonstrated experience with a sound understanding of alarm systems, access control system, CCTV and Fire Indication panels. Proven experience in communicating and responding to challenging and aggressive situations such as distressed persons, demonstrating empathy, integrity and resilience under various circumstances. Excellent written communication skills particularly in the area of report writing, maintaining shift logs and entering information into databases. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders including ability to work co-operatively as a member of a team.
