About the Role Due to our continuous growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior BI (Business Intelligence) Analyst to join us on a fixed-term contract for 2 years (with a view to converting into permanent). Reporting to the Group BI Manager, the Senior BI Analyst supports the Business Users, BI Developers and Analysts to implement business intelligence solutions at all levels of the organisation. Through collaboration with the business, this role will define problems and recommend solutions to help drive decision making and improved business efficiency. Responsibilities Investigating the need for business intelligence reporting and analysis where there is some complexity and ambiguity. Selecting and applying non-standard business intelligence tools and techniques to provide insights and aid decision-making. Application Support. Follows agreed procedures to identify and resolve issues with applications. Data reporting and visualisation. About You We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst who has the ability to engage with and manage various stakeholders across the business. In addition, you will have: Proven experience in a Senior BI Analyst/ Reporting Analyst/ Visualisation Analyst capacity. Ability to gather requirements, define issues and provide expert advice and solutions. Ability to problem solve and diagnose issues with data in BI solutions. Ability to communicate complex data scenarios to create clarity, and recommend the resolution to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Reporting and visualisation skills. Experience with Power BI and SQL. Desirable: BI Developer experience. Your highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer focus will be key to this role. Why Join Us?
