We have a well maintained fleet of mobile plant and training equipment, and high quality training equipment ranging from a four movement gantry crane to ground breaking augmented reality products.Holmesglen values their employees and offers professional development through providing time for our trainers to broaden their training scope, build their skills in using educational technology, or achieve valuable industry accreditations such as high-risk work licence assessor.ABOUT YOUHold relevant qualifications, tickets, licenses for the above, with scaffolding, rigging (Intermediate or above) or civil tunnelling experience highly desired.Hold a certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualification) or working towards or willing to obtain.Possess an understanding of industry standards and practices, demonstrating effective communication skills to engage students of varying skill levels.Can create an engaging atmosphere that encourages active participation and motivation in learners.Uphold a commitment to safety, professionalism, and inspiring students to excel through innovation and adaptability.Holmesglen offers opportunities for individuals enrolled in the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, who have successfully completed a TAE skill set to enable them to train under supervision.
