Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
2. Manage and optimize our online store, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and images are accurate and appealing.
3. Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
5. Oversee the execution of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to enhance online visibility and traffic.
6. Manage inventory levels, product launches, and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and identify trends, making data-driven decisions to improve eCommerce performance.
8. Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our eCommerce platform remains competitive.
Skills
10. 2+ years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
11. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
12. Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
14. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
15. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
