Job Summary
We seek a dedicated QP Audiologist or Audiometrist to join our team at our busy hearing clinics in Kingston or Deakin, ACT. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with part-time hours available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and diagnose client hearing loss using a range of techniques, including audiometric tests.
* Report results and make referrals to medical practitioners as needed.
* Recommend solutions to address hearing impairment, including amplification, implantable devices, and assistive listening devices.
* Provide aural rehabilitation programs and counseling to support clients.
* Contribute to the development and management of noise control and hearing conservation strategies.
Requirements
* University Audiology qualification or TAFE Audiometry Qualification.
* Full membership of AudA or ACAud.
* Current QP number.
* Solid audiological skills and knowledge.
* Excellent customer care and service skills.
* Ability to learn new software with training.
* Proven ability to achieve KPIs.
* Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
