This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will also oversee the quality management system, developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, minimise defects, and optimize manufacturing efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the quality management system (QMS) in compliance with industry standards.Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure adherence to product specifications and standards.Lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product quality and process efficiency.About YouBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Extensive experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and industry best practices.Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies and associated technologies and systems.Why IOR?IOR is proudly different.
