This initiative will improve people data management, compliance, visibility and analytics, productivity, and employee engagement for approximately 15,000 people across Australia and New Zealand.About the roleThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large scale, complex digital transformation. Working with the team of Lead Business Analysts, you will lead the entire program's data migration which will include, although not limited to:Design, develop and execute Data Migration strategies, processes, reconciliation scripts and plans, test scenarios, summary reports and documentationManage and drive data migration executions, resolution of defects and source system updates and setup transformation rulesDevelop data reconciliation validation scenarios and test casesExecute data migration cycles and runs for all environment refreshes and product deploymentsReport on results and take appropriate actions proactively linking incidents/defects to underlying problems to prevent future issues and propose improvementsAbout youAs an experienced Data Migration specialist, you will have worked on complex ERP transformation projects in the past.
