The Role :
As the Caretaker, you'll be the heartbeat of this stunning property, ensuring everything runs smoothly and looks flawless. Your responsibilities will include :
* Keeping common areas spotless and welcoming
* Handling minor repairs (like changing light bulbs) with finesse
* Managing rubbish removal and maintaining pristine gardens and entrance ways
* Crafting and implementing building procedures and policies
* Conducting regular inspections of grounds, facilities, and equipment to preemptively address maintenance needs
* Planning, scheduling, and coordinating both routine maintenance and major repairs
* Greeting and assisting owners and tenants with a warm and friendly demeanor
* Preparing and managing contracts for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security
* Tackling additional maintenance and compliance duties as needed
Candidate Requirements :
To thrive in this role, you'll need :
* A Full Real Estate Licence / Certificate of Registration
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a caretaking or maintenance role
* Experience with WHS in residential settings
* Qualifications in a trade or trade-related field are a plus
* A solid understanding of Body Corporate and schemes
* Basic computer skills
* Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
* A genuine appreciation for community living
* A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
