As Head Chef, you'll oversee the daily culinary operations of our convention centre, creating memorable dishes while enforcing rigorous quality control. You will play a vital role in developing and nurturing your team by designing comprehensive training programs, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment where every member can thrive. Qualifications
* Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Hands on approach and always acting as a role model
* Ability to manage staff in several sections simultaneously and communicate clearly and concisely
* A solutions focused professional who continuously seeks learning and improvement
* Adaptable to changing situations while maintaining the highest quality of product and other established standards
* Ability to work with minimal external assistance
* True passion for food and an unrelenting drive to provide exceptional event guest experiences.
