This dual role involves both hands-on technical work and customer interaction, making it perfect for those who thrive in a diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Minor checks, maybe alignments
* Liaise with customers to provide accurate information and exceptional service
* Assist the workshop team with daily tasks and support when needed
Your Skills and Experience:
* Proficient in wheel alignments beneficial
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
* Ability to work effectively in a team and a willingness to learn
* Full Australian Driver’s Licence
* Must have the right to work in Australia
