About You Your excellent communication skills are vital for motivating and supporting the nursing staff, as well as effectively managing the diverse needs and daily demands within the Orthopaedic Ward. Key Accountabilities include: Provide effective and efficient coordination of Clinical/Acute Care services for patients throughout the hospital across the continuum of care Develop, implement, and evaluate a department operational plan in collaboration with your manager Maintain progressive and effective documentation in accordance with industrial standards and best practice. Use information technology effectively to monitor ongoing resource utilisation within the perioperative service Ensure the development and implementation of appropriate education programs in conjunction with the senior nursing and education team Actively participate in quality improvement and evidence-based research projects at ward level and within the wider hospital environment How to Apply To succeed with us in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience.
