o Must have previous experience working in premium hospitality establishments
o Experience managing sizeable teams

o Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
o A ‘get up and go’ hands on manager who can lead from the front
o Ability to encourage and lead others

o Effectively manage the cost of goods and implement stock control systems within the workplace
o Monthly financial & budgetary reporting to identify opportunities to streamline business needs
o Ensure effective development and utilisation of professional knowledge and skills are shared across the team
o Lead, motivate and develop your team to be “the best they can be”
o Maintain exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations
o Actively develop and execute strategies to reduce labour turnover
o Continue to build, develop and enhance client relationships
