This includes overseeing bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate monthly and annual closings, and preparing detailed financial reports. They guide and review the work of outsourcing contractor staff, ensuring compliance with company standards in financial reporting. Regularly, they prepare and present financial reports to both headquarters and regional offices, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial matters. Additionally, they ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, upholding the company's commitment to legal and financial transparency.In terms of budget and cashflow management, the Senior Manager monitors cashflow activities, manages deposits and withdrawals, and oversees the processing of invoices. They conduct monthly budget controls and prepare financial reports, contributing to the development of annual and midterm financial plans. Their analysis and presentation of financial reports to headquarters and regional offices provide critical insights for strategic decision-making.The Senior Manager also coordinates audit processes with outsourcing contractors, ensuring efficient audits that comply with industry standards and company policies. They manage bank balances and loans, supporting the development of short and long-term financing plans. They assist in executing and renewing bank loan facilities, aligning financial strategies with long-term goals.Furthermore, in supporting property investment activities, the Senior Manager instructs and collaborates closely with accounting advisors, such as PwC or KPMG, ensuring robust financial oversight and strategic advice. They facilitate communication with joint venture partners, maintaining strong collaborative relationships and achieving mutual financial goals.Strict adherence to statutory laws and financial regulations is paramount in their role.
