Key Responsibilities: Answering and directing phone calls Providing exceptional customer service to clients Data entry and maintaining accurate records Handling incoming and outgoing post General office support and all-rounder tasks Assisting with loan application processing Supporting the Loan Processing team with administrative tasks Liaising with clients and financial institutions Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Key Competencies Required: Exceptional Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data management and documentation. Exceptional Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate at all organisational levels and with external stakeholders. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain strong business relationships. Current driver’s license and car essential. Exceptional Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in loan processing. Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly desirable.
