In this role, you will:
Provide advice to a diverse range of national and international clients across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
5. Advising on ECM matters, IPOs, and demergers
6. Guiding clients through M&A and takeovers, including due diligence, negotiation, and document preparation
7. Handling capital market transactions
8. Work across commercial agreement negotiations
9. Assisting listed companies with compliance matters, including working closely with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules
10. Providing corporate governance advice to listed, unlisted, and private companies
You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners while receiving support and mentorship from more senior lawyers within the team.
Additionally, you will play a key role in nurturing and developing more junior lawyers, contributing to the firm's commitment to creating exceptional outcomes for both clients and employees.
We are looking for someone who:
The ideal candidate will currently be part of a corporate/M&A team, with experience in a significant portion of the areas mentioned above. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in working as a team is essential.
This position is available at either the Associate or Junior SA level, depending on your experience (3-7 Years PAE).
