An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist/ Personal Assistant to join a fast paced modern practice. You will provide superior customer service and admin support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Meeting and greeting of patients
* Booking appointments and procedures
* Management of all patient data, correspondence
* Invoicing and receipting of consultations
* Organising theatre lists
* Surgical quotations
* Utilising Medical software
To be successful for this position you will have the following skills/attributes:
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Professional approach and exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to multi task and problem solve in a busy environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
