Marian Catholic College is an expansive co-educational 7-12 secondary school with a current enrolment of around 700 students. The College is located in the beautiful regional city of Griffith in the Riverina area, New South Wales. Marian has a diverse culture which is rich in learning experiences. The College boasts new educational facilities, having just completed and opened an outstanding Technological and Applied Studies Centre (TAS), and new Staff and Administration facilities.

Your New Role
The Library & Learning Support Officer combines library management with administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operation of library services and supporting inclusive learning. Responsibilities include resource management, program delivery, and direct support to students and teachers, alongside administrative duties for the Leader of Inclusive and Diverse Learning. The role involves 2 days per week supporting the Library and associated services and 1 day per week providing administrative support to the Leader of Inclusive and Diverse Learning.

Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the ideals of Catholic Education
* Well developed communications skills, including written communication skills
* Effective ICT and database skills
* CERT III/IV Administrative Support, Library Services or equivalent OR relevant work experience with evidence of strong organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to work and contribute effectively in a team environment
* NSW Working with Children Check
* Successful Candidate to undertake a National Criminal History Check
