Sales Coordinator Role
We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and drive growth by building and maintaining our charter and special event business.
About the Role
As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our charter business, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations while exploring fresh market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and expand charter business in the region, driving sales and fostering growth.
* Identify new market opportunities and refine existing business strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
* Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and maintain a competitive edge.
* Work closely with Operations Controllers to ensure effective charter allocations.
* Coordinate with workshop and cleaning teams to meet large charter requirements.
* Bubble and maintain relationships with clients, schools, employees, and the broader community to deliver services that exceed expectations.
* Prepare accurate and timely ad-hoc reports for the Sales Manager as needed.
About You
* You'll bring significant experience in sales and marketing, which is more important than tertiary qualifications.
* You'll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* You'll possess strong numerical and analytical abilities.
* You'll be self-motivated, positive, and adaptable, with an approach to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
* You'll be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
