The ideal candidate will:Enjoy welcoming clients and other professionals to the office with a professional and friendly demeanor from our reception desk.Receive incoming telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person.Manage calendars for all solicitors, book Teams links where necessary, and make bookings for our other offices.Maintain the neat presentation of our reception area, meeting rooms, and boardroom and assist with the day to day management of the office.Perform conflict checks and data entry.Have exceptional attention to detail skills.Manage the incoming office email account.Perform general secretarial and administrative support to the team as required.Be able to develop strong client relationships with clients and the team.Have the ability to work autonomously but also enjoy a collaborative environment.Like to think outside the box.Be seeking a long term career with the firm - we are invested in your development and success.Hebblewhite Lawyers offers an excellent working environment, with a friendly team and support network.
