Personal/Executive Assistant (Full-Time, Hybrid) – Sunshine Coast, QLD

We are a fast-growing multi-business company in the health and wellness industries, dedicated to making a meaningful impact. As we continue expanding, we are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Personal/Executive Assistant to work alongside our CEO. We are open to candidates reentering the workforce (including mature-age applicants eligible for government incentives) and those looking to upskill through a traineeship .
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sunshine Coast, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Personal/Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO with administration, organization, and business operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Administrative Assistance: Handle data entry, invoicing, expense reports, and general admin tasks.
* Communication Management: Draft and respond to emails, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain clear communication.
* Business Operations Support: Assist with workflow management, document preparation, and process organization.
* Efficiency & Systems Improvement: Implement tools and processes to improve efficiency as the business scales.
* Flexibility & Adaptability: Support across multiple businesses with changing needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Previous experience in executive support, administration, or office management (preferred but not essential).
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and online business tools .
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively .
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for business organization and efficiency .
* A positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to grow with the company .
