As a Trainee Games Dealer, you will be provided with paid training to learn this new skill and once completed, you will have an extensive game knowledge in either Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette or Poker as well as various minor games and chip work abilities that are world renown. A few of your responsibilities: Deal games you are deemed competent in with proficiency and accuracy Maintain a high level of confidentiality and game awareness to protect the integrity of the game and the players Promptly report any potential breaches of game security to supervisors Ensure that the assigned games are fully equipped and functional at all times, escalating any defects or missing equipment Maintain thorough knowledge of gaming rewards program and other property promotions What we are looking for: Outstanding customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Maths, ability to tackle Mathematic problems without a calculator Attention to detail & high level of concentration Flexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays following training About you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
