With state-of-the-art mining equipment, the latest technologies, and best in class safety practices, we are leading exporters in thermal coal.As an Underground Electrician, you will:Work as part of a dedicated crew to operate and maintain machinery and equipment to accomplish safe production and maintenance activities.Install electrical distribution and network systems Maintain compliance and complete inspections in accordance with Engineering Management plans.Conduct effective maintenance practices and carry out fault finding and diagnostics on complex systems including:continuous minersautomated longwall systemssurface and underground conveyorscommunications and networking systemsTo succeed in this role, you will:Have an electrical trade qualification.Have experience working in heavy industry, defence on a range of complex electrical plant.Be an exceptional team member with a can-do attitude.Hold an absolute commitment to safety and safe working practices.
