Job Title: Senior Social Consultant or Principal Social Consultant

Our team delivers projects across the statutory approval and planning spaces in various market sectors, including agriculture, government, property, renewables, resources, construction, and waste management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of social baseline assessment, comprehensive impact assessments, impact management plans, and social performance reporting
* Develop and support engagement strategies, prepare communications materials, and facilitate community and stakeholder engagement
* Conduct primary and secondary research of qualitative and quantitative sources; report writing and producing high-quality deliverables
* Effectively communicate with internal and external clients and project stakeholders; prepare draft proposals, tenders, and submissions
Requirements:
* Educational Background: A relevant tertiary qualification, ideally in Social Science or Social Planning
* Experience: Relevant demonstrated experience, 5+ years of experience for a Senior position or 15+ years of experience for a Principal position, working under applicable Queensland legislation and the Strong and Sustainable Resource Communities Act 2017
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for communicating scientific information in a meaningful and engaging way
* Project Management: Ability to manage technical and financial performance of social related scopes and projects
* Client Relationships: Excellent client relationship skills with a capability to undertake business development and grow opportunities for Epic
